Zucchini and oat flake fritters

Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100g fine oat flakes
- 1 egg
- 50g parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Wash the zucchini and grate it into a smaller bowl and leave it for about 10 minutes. Peel off the garlic and slice into small pieces.
2.Put oat flakes, salt and parmesan in a separate bowl. Add garlic.
3.Grab the grated zucchini with hands and squeeze well to remove the liquid. Add the dried zucchini to oat flakes and mix.
4.Add an egg to the mixture and mix again. Mix for about 5 minutes to bind well all ingredients.
5.Line the baking tray with baking paper and place the fritter balls formed from the prepared mixture.
6.Put the baking tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
