Chinese cabbage salad with hard boiled eggs and pumpkin seed oil
- 1 smaller head of Chinese cabbage
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
- apple cider vinegar
1.Cover the eggs in a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Cook another 5-10 minutes. Strain the hot water from the pan and run cold water over the eggs to make them easy to peel.
2.Wash Chinese cabbage and cut it into strips.
3.Peel the eggs and wash, cut into pieces. Spread them over the Chinese cabbage.
4.Spice the salad generously with pumpkin seed oil, salt and apple cider vinegar.
