Fresh cow’s milk cheese with pumpkin seed oil and basil
- fresh cow’s milk cheese
- a few tablespoons štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
- salt to taste
- fresh basil leaves
- ground pumpkin seed
1.Cut the cheese to any size and place it on a serving plate.
2.Salt to taste and sprinkle with pumpkin seed oil. Serve with fresh basil leaves.
3.You can also sprinkle it with ground pumpkin seeds if you wish.
