Potatoes with zucchini fried on pumpkin seed oil

Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 3 tablespoons štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
1.Boil unpeeled potatoes until soft and leave them to cool to the temperature you can peel them.
2.Cut the zucchini and onions into small pieces and fry on pumpkin seed oil for 10 minutes.
3.Cut the boiled potatoes into pieces and add them after 10 minutes to the zucchini and onion. Fry for 5 more minutes stirring constantly.
4.Finally, add salt and a little coarse ground pumpkin seeds.
