Salad with white beans and roasted almonds

Ingredients:
- 200g of lamb’s lettuce
- ½ can of white beans
- a handful of almonds
- 100g of cherry tomatoes
- salad dressing (štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil, apple cider vinegar, salt)
Instructions:
1.Lightly fry the almonds in pan without oil. Heat the pan, add the almonds and fry for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
2.Open the can, drain the beans and place in a salad bowl.
3.If necessary, clean the reel and add the beans to a bowl. Wash the cherry tomatoes and also put them in a bowl.
4.Season the salad with štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil, vinegar and salt and mix. Finally, sprinkle with roasted almonds and serve.
