Toasted bread with mozzarella, pumpkin oil and basil
- French baguette bread
- 1 mozzarella ball
- A few leaves of fresh basil
- Bio štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
1.Cut bread into pieces and toast it in a toaster.
2.Cut mozzarella into pieces, wash basil leaves.
3.Place a slice of mozzarella and a leaf of fresh basil on each toasted bread.
4.Before serving, drizzle each loaf with a few drops of pumpkin seed oil.
