
Zucchini and celery soup

Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 400ml water or vegetable bouillon
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- Štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
Instructions:
1.Cut onions, celery and zucchini in small pieces. First, fry onions and celery in canola oil until the onions shrink a little, and then add the zucchini cut in pieces.
2.Fry for 5 more minutes and stir several times. After that, add water or vegetable bouillon and let it lightly boil for about 20 minutes.
3.Turn off the cooker and stir with a kitchen whisk, add salt and stir again.
4.You can decorate each plate of soup with a teaspoon of sour cream and pumpkin seed oil.
