Gugelhupf with pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 170 g sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 70 ml pumpkin seed oil
- 100 g sour cream/yoghurt
- 300 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 40 g chopped pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
- Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add pumpkin seed oil and sour cream or yoghurt. Mix everything together and add sifted flour with baking powder and chopped pumpkin seeds. Stir just enough to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan, greased with butter and dusted with flour. Bake the Gugelhupf for 50 minutes at 190° C.
- Before serving, you can decorate the Gugelhupf with whipped cream and pumpkin seeds or chips.
