
Wholegrain sandwich with tuna and avocado

Ingredients:
- 1 rustic wholegrain baguette
- cream cheese spread
- 1 clove of garlic
- sour cream
- tuna (natura)
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 avocado
- pumpkin seed oil
- lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix cream cheese spread with pressed garlic and a teaspoon of sour cream. Let it sit in the fridge to firm up.
- Scoop out the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it into wedges. (You can cut it into smaller pieces if desired.)
- Drain the tuna, then chop the pumpkin seeds and mix them with the tuna. Drizzle everything with a tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil and mix well.
- Cut the baguette in half, then slice it lengthwise. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread, then top with the prepared tuna mixture. Drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
- Place avocado wedges on top and add a small amount of cream cheese with sour cream for extra freshness.
- Drizzle the whole sandwich with pumpkin seed oil.
