Ravioli on Lamb’s Lettuce

Ingredients:
- 250 g ravioli (you can buy various tastes),
- 5 small cherry tomatoes,
- 30 g dried tomatoes,
- 1 garlic,
- lamb’s lettuce,
- parmesan flakes,
- pumpkin seed oil.
Instructions:
- Cook ravioli as instructed on the package. When they are cooked, drain them.
- Cut the dried tomato and the garlic clove into small pieces.
- In a pan, heat the pumpkin seed oil, add garlic and after a minute, add the dried tomatoes. When the tomatoes soften, add the cherry tomatoes cut into pieces. Then (before the tomatoes release water) add the cooked ravioli. Mix everything.
- Place a handful of lamb’s lettuce on the plate and then place the cooked ravioli on top.
- Sprinkle parmesan flakes and pumpkin seed oil over the dish.
