This traditional salt enriched with ground pumpkin cake – a by‐product of pumpkin seed oil production at the Kocbek Oil Mill – was created in collaboration with Davor Podbevšek, a master of flavor fusion.

His brand Barba sol was introduced in the first season of the TV show Start-up Slovenia. Davor rolled up his sleeves exclusively for the Kocbek Oil Mill, creating an exquisite combination of flavors that is a must-have seasoning for every kitchen.
