The traditional salt enriched with ground pumpkin cake from the pressed oil in the Kocbek oil mill was created in combination with the master of flavour pairing Davor Podbevšek.

Barba sol is the brand under which we met him in the first season of Start Slovenia, and it was for the Kocbek oil mill that he rolled up his sleeves and created a wonderful story of flavours that have become indispensable in our cooking.
