THE ACQUISITION PROCESS:

The volume of pumpkin and pumpkin seed macerate with vanilla essence is left to diffuse the flavours of the addition of 46 gels in the opium of different time periods. Ageing is our ally, bringing out the best in every herb. In the glow of a gentle, slow distillation, a juniper base is elicited from the dominant pumpkin, mixed with the finest demineralised water, which combines to form a 40% alcohol level left to 47 days of further ageing.
