From pumpkin to oil, the story of a family-run oil mill with a long tradition
Multisensory experiential tasting experience of pumpkin oil processing
Take a multisensory journey to the oil mill, where the tradition of processing pumpkin oil, a protected cultural heritage of Slovenia, has been continued for the third generation. You will explore the history of pumpkins, from their ripening in the fields to the harvesting, cleaning and milling of pumpkin seeds. You will be surprised by tasting local dishes containing pumpkin oil. You will also be able to enrich your culinary experience with pumpkin oil and become part of the family story.
Groups are accepted Monday to Saturday in the morning
1 January to 30 June and 20 August to 24 December.
