Green beans salad with sour cream and pumpkin seed oil
- 300g fresh or frozen green beans
- 5 tablespoons štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- a few tablespoons sour cream
1.Bring about ½ l water to boil, then add green beans and cook for around 8 minutes until soft and tender.
2.Strain the water and place green beans in a bowl.
3.Add pumpkin seed oil, sour cream and mix well. Salt to taste.
4.Add pumpkin seed oil, parmesan and pumpkin seeds.
