Salad of fresh asparagus and hard-boiled eggs
- bunch of young asparagus
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- salt, apple cider vinegar
- a few tablespoons of štajersko prekmursko pumpkin seed oil
- roasted pumpkin seeds
1.Wash the asparagus and cut off any hard ends. Cut them across into about 1cm long cylinders.
2.Boil the eggs and chop finely.
3.Serve in a cup. First add the pieces of asparagus, then the pieces of eggs. Season with pumpkin seed oil, vinegar and salt and mix.
